Slap Vlog is a free iPhone app. There is no account, no subscription, and no in-app purchase. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms.
Slap Vlog is developed and published by Jessyka Mathews, operating as FunnelFix, a sole proprietorship in California, United States. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Slap Vlog is a camera for multi-day vlogs. You create a vlog project, record takes into it, review or delete takes, and optionally export the takes stitched into one video saved to your photo library. All footage stays on your device. The app makes no network requests.
Subject to these terms, you may download and use Slap Vlog on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement and any rules Apple applies to apps distributed through the App Store. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Slap Vlog does not require an account. It is free. There is nothing to subscribe to, renew, or cancel. Apple processes App Store distribution; we do not charge you through the app.
You own the video and audio you record with Slap Vlog. We do not host it, upload it, or receive a copy of it. You are responsible for what you record and for how you share anything you export. Do not use the app to record or distribute content you are not allowed to create or share.

How privacy works for Slap Vlog is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: the app collects no personal data and makes no network requests.
Slap Vlog is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every export will succeed on every device configuration.
You are responsible for keeping copies of footage you care about. Deleting a take, a vlog, or the app itself can permanently remove footage that exists only on the device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jessyka Mathews / FunnelFix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Slap Vlog or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app or these terms will not exceed USD $50, or the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (which is $0 for the free app), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limits apply only to the extent allowed.
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app or website after the new date means you accept the updated terms. If a future version of the app adds accounts, purchases, or network features, those changes will be reflected here before they ship.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Orange County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Jessyka Mathews / FunnelFix only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, Apple's sole warranty obligation is a refund of the App Store purchase price (if any). Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
